Open Door Chapel is a Trinitarian fellowship of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, supernaturally conceived in the womb of the virgin Mary, Who grew up as fully man, at the same time retaining His full deity. Though subject to all the temptations of humanity, He overcame them without once sinning. He became the sacrificial Lamb that takes away the sin of the world. His bodily resurrection is seen as the evidence of God’s acceptance of His substitutionary death on the cross. God revealed these truths in The Bible which is the accurate and authoritative revelation of God to us. Christ's Holy Spirit is the author of the Bible and the one sent to guide and empower our Christian walk. He has led us to take seriously the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and to teach that God's free and powerful grace makes it possible to live as Christ would in our generation. We also have the privilege and responsibility to see the people of this whole world come to the knowledge of the glory of God and work with Christ to see His Kingdom set up on this earth as He taught us to pray for in the Lord's prayer. The fellowship we enjoy as members of His Kingdom is a foretaste of God’s great plan for Jesus Christ’s eventual worldwide dominion on this earth.
